Queen Size Oak Futon in Altamonte, Florida For Sale

Queen size oak futon (made in Indonesia) w/mattress looking for a new home. Current owner is moving. Three positions: reclines into a bed, can be upright as a sofa and also has a position in between. Needs some TLC. Has some scratches, water damage (underneath) and one armrest needs repair (it's come unglued). It's a beautiful piece and with some elbow grease could be restored to it's original glory. Purchased for $550/ futon and $150/mattress for a grand total of $700.
